Implementation of the contract for the supply of Reconnaissance Sensor Systems (SSR)

Consortium of SILTEC Sp. z o.o. (leader) and Exensor Technology implemented the contract concluded in September 2019 for the supply of Reconnaissance Sensor Systems (SSR).

The subject of the contract was the delivery of 116 sets of reconnaissance sensor systems together with a logistics package and training for the Polish Armed Forces.

The SSR system includes:

day and night cameras,
reconnaissance and relay sensors,
portable terminals for data control and reception,
tripods with smooth height adjustment for sensors and cameras positioning,
transport backpacks and batteries with chargers.

The system is used for location, identification and tracking of targets so as to enable monitoring of enemy actions in the designated area, in all terrain conditions.
SSR is foreseen for use at tactical level by reconnaissance patrols in Poland and within the Polish military contingents.
