Helicopter Personnel Vest Kit (ZKŚPL)

Under several contracts, until 2019, Siltec (consortium leader) together with the consortium member Ha3o Krzysztof Huras company, provided 1040 sets of Helicopter Personnel Vest Kits (ZKŚPL).
Each ZKŚPL kit includes a JAGA 1 evacuation vest, a JAGA ballistic (bulletproof) vest and an ISP 150N Twin Chamber HR Manual aviation life vest.

The vest kit combines three functions. It performs both rescue, evacuation and protective functions. The kit is intended for use by helicopter personnel in the country and as part of the Polish Military Contingent mission.

The JAGA 1 evacuation vest, of modular design, has a certified front and rear evacuation handle that allows the survivor to be lifted from the helicopter landing place. Sheathing of the vest has a load-bearing character and allows the assembly of tactical gear. The whole vest is covered with MOLLE system straps. Smooth adjustment of the vest and harness is done by means of metal belt adjusters. The vest has a set of external and internal pockets containing medical equipment and equipment to survive in an adverse environment until its evacuation.

The ballistic vest included in the kit has a modular construction with hard and soft ballistic inserts protecting the front and back of the torso and the user's arms against bullets from short arms, rifles and shrapnel. It provides protection according to the "Balistic Resistance of Personal Body Armor" NIJ Standard 0101.043 to level IIIA and has protective capabilities according to the bulletproof class K3, subclass C, and shatterproof properties according to class O2 of PN-V-87000:2011.

The ISP 150N Twin Chamber HR Manual aviation life vest ensures the floating of aircraft personnel on the water surface, in the back position, face up. The vest has a frameless construction with pneumatic elements forming a collar worn around the neck and chest. The vest consists of two floating chambers and independent systems enabling manual filling of gas chambers - 2 HR (Halkey Robersts) Alpha trigger mechanisms with 33 grams CO2 containers, one for each chamber.

ZKŚPL up till now he has obtained the Certificate of Conformity No. Z/27/3/2016 and the Certificate of Conformity No. Z/27/12/2019 issued by the Certification Center of the Military Institute of Armament Technology.
